This page explains what data we handle when you visit our website or book an appointment, and the choices you have. Short version: we keep it minimal.
What data we collect
The website itself does not require accounts and does not profile you. When you contact us by phone, e-mail, Instagram or WhatsApp, we receive what you send us (your idea, references, contact details) and use it only to handle your enquiry and appointment. Health information you share before a procedure is used solely for safety and consent.
Cookies
We avoid tracking cookies. A single preference is stored in your browser to remember your consent choice. Third-party services embedded on the site (such as the map) may set their own cookies when they load.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand how the site is used — page views and clicks, without personal identification or cross-site tracking.
Booking via Fresha
Appointments are booked through Fresha, an external booking platform. When you book, your data is processed by Fresha under their own privacy policy. We see the booking details needed to prepare your appointment.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing. Contact us and we will handle it without drama.
